About the role
Motive is seeking a French‑speaking Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its Mid‑Market team. You will be at the front line of the sales engine, proactively reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads and setting the stage for new business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails and social media outreach.
- Research high‑potential accounts and identify key decision‑makers in target industries.
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover prospects' challenges and business goals.
- Articulate Motive’s value proposition, tailoring messaging to specific pain points.
- Qualify leads against defined criteria and hand them to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead records in Salesforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive positioning and product updates.
- Meet weekly activity targets and monthly lead‑qualification quotas.
Required profile
- Native fluency in French (both spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outbound sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with international audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and a desire to build a career in sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM usage for lead tracking and activity logging).
