Full-Cycle Recruiter (Agency)

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, placing recruiters directly with clients who hire them in-house. Its client is a fast-growing, high-performance organisation in a competitive hiring environment that scales teams quickly and relies on proactive, high-volume recruitment. The role suits a recruiter who owns the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards and other channels.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates across several roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and use non-traditional channels to find candidates.
• Qualify candidates with structured screening frameworks, including Boolean search.
• Manage candidate communications and engage candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimise processes for speed and quality of hires.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.

Required profile

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Proven track record in high-volume sourcing and placements.
• Ability to source candidates independently, without relying on inbound applicants.
• Experience managing multiple roles at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong closing skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• ATS or CRM systems and recruitment tools.
