Experienced Healthcare Talent Sourcer & ATS Specialist

About the role

Talented Medical Solutions, a nurse-owned, Joint Commission-certified U.S. healthcare staffing agency, is hiring an experienced Healthcare Talent Sourcer & ATS Specialist on a full-time, remote basis. The role is not entry-level: you must understand healthcare staffing and be able to start contributing immediately. International applicants are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing qualified RNs, LPNs, allied health professionals, rehabilitation therapists and other clinicians through job boards, professional networks, databases and approved platforms, then contacting them by phone and email and screening their experience, credentials, availability, location and compensation expectations.
• Deliver qualified clinician leads to recruiters and collaborate with them on urgent openings and sourcing priorities.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, clean duplicate and outdated records, upload profiles and resumes, and manage Excel spreadsheets and CSV files.
• Create and maintain approved job advertisements, monitor applications, track referrals and report regularly on sourcing activity and candidate quality.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands-on U.S. healthcare staffing sourcing experience preferred, with direct healthcare sourcing experience required.
• Experience sourcing nurses, allied health professionals and rehabilitation therapy clinicians.
• Strong written and verbal English, excellent organization and attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time with agreed U.S. business-hour overlap.
• Immediate availability preferred; shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief, paid sourcing and spreadsheet assessment.

Required skills

• Applicant tracking system experience (Manatal is a strong plus).
• Microsoft Excel and CSV file management.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing terminology, credentials, clinical specialties and travel assignments.

• Base compensation of $400 USD per month.
