Full Stack Web Developer (Evening Shift)

About the role

Profyd, a platform connecting Pakistani tutors and professionals with international students and businesses, is hiring a full stack web developer in its Lahore office. The role suits someone with about 2 years of hands-on experience who wants to build responsive, user-friendly web applications and work closely with designers and backend teams. The position is onsite, in the evening shift from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain responsive web applications
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional code
• Optimise applications for speed, performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
• Maintain and improve existing frontend and backend codebases
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues

Required profile

• 2 years of practical experience as a full stack web developer or similar role
• Knowledge of web performance optimisation and deployment/hosting environments
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows

• HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• React, Angular or Vue.js
• REST APIs and backend integration
• Git/GitHub version control
• Backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP or Python
• Databases such as MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL
