Gaming Content & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Gaming Content & Social Media Manager to promote our casual cricket game and expand its audience across multiple digital platforms. You will own the content pipeline, from idea generation to publishing, and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative content ideas and campaigns that showcase the game.
• Build and maintain a daily/weekly content calendar for social media, video platforms, blogs and community channels.
• Create and publish short‑form videos, graphics, memes, blog articles, and promotional assets.
• Adapt content for each platform and audience, ensuring consistent branding.
• Monitor social, gaming and cricket trends to uncover new engagement opportunities.
• Experiment with formats and messaging, track performance metrics, and iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate new features, events and promotions into compelling content.
• Foster an active community around the game and report key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media, digital content or gaming‑related content roles.
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms and digital trends.
• Demonstrated ability to produce measurable results (views, engagement, follower growth).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, deadline‑driven and able to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Genuine interest in gaming and casual cricket is highly preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing previous content work with clear performance metrics.
