General Manager – CPS Plant (Pakistan)

About the role

The General Manager leads the Pakistan CPS Plant, a strategic concentrate and beverage‑base manufacturing facility serving Pakistan and Afghanistan. Reporting to regional leadership, the GM ensures uninterrupted supply, drives operational excellence, and aligns the plant with Coca‑Cola’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for all plant functions – Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, QSE, Finance, People & Culture, and Operational Excellence.
• Guarantee resource availability and execution of the approved annual business plan.
• Lead lean‑driven initiatives to improve productivity, value creation and overall performance.
• Maintain compliance with The Coca‑Cola Company standards and local regulations.
• Manage relationships with local regulatory authorities and act as the legal entity representative.
• Collaborate with Operating Units, Local Technical Functions and bottlers to ensure customer‑focused service.
• Participate in the CPS EMEA Leadership Team, contributing to regional and global business initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a manufacturing or beverage‑production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Environment, Finance and People functions.
• Strong track record of delivering results through lean and operational‑excellence methodologies.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with local and corporate standards.
