Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

TriVA Global is seeking a Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid‑search and performance‑marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting. The role requires a deep understanding of business objectives, acquisition strategy, and continuous optimisation to drive profitability for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑funnel Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals, target markets and commercial objectives.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube/Video, Demand Gen, Remarketing and Local formats.
• Conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis, competitor and market opportunity studies.
• Build campaign structures, ad groups, audiences, targeting strategies, negative‑keyword frameworks and account hierarchies.
• Design acquisition strategies for lead‑generation and e‑commerce businesses.
• Create and test high‑performing ad copy, assets, extensions, landing pages and offers.
• Optimise bidding strategies, budget allocation and campaign settings based on conversion data and account maturity.
• Monitor search terms, expand keyword lists, implement negative keywords and run systematic A/B tests.

Required profile

• Highly analytical with a commercial mindset.
• Technically capable and comfortable working with international clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Experience in managing end‑to‑end paid‑search campaigns.
