Growth Marketing Lead – SEO, CRO & Product Marketing

About the role

WooNinjas is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead SEO, content, product marketing, CRO, outreach, and campaign execution across multiple brands and services. This senior role combines technical expertise with strategic planning to drive growth for WordPress, WooCommerce, LMS, and Shopify solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategies aligned with business goals and product launches.
• Lead SEO and AEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, schema implementation, and technical SEO fixes.
• Plan and manage content marketing across service pages, product pages, blogs, documentation, FAQs, and video assets.
• Design and run lead‑generation and customer‑acquisition campaigns for services, plugins, maintenance plans, and custom development.
• Coordinate launch campaigns for new plugins, add‑ons, app updates, and major product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and outreach teams to create campaign assets, pitch angles, and trust‑building materials.
• Optimize website conversion rates through CRO testing, landing‑page design, and conversion‑focused copy.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or product marketing.
• Proven ability to lead a marketing team and manage end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Remote‑first work style with preference for Karachi‑based candidates.
• Full‑time availability.
