GTM Engineer

About the role

A consultancy that runs outbound and revenue operations for venture-backed B2B software companies in the US and Europe is hiring a GTM Engineer. The team sits inside client businesses and owns the full pipeline, from targeting to follow-up, and the engineer owns the technical layer behind it: the data, the workflows and the sending infrastructure. The role is on-site at a secured campus in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, starting November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Data and enrichment: build target lists, enrichment and scoring workflows that turn a market into a prioritised, contactable set of accounts and people.
• Automation: connect the tools in the stack so leads, replies and activity move without manual work, and catch failures before they affect a campaign.
• Sending infrastructure: keep email and LinkedIn outreach healthy at volume, covering domains, inboxes, deliverability and monitoring.
• Data quality: keep CRM and internal databases clean, deduplicated and trusted.
• Reporting: make sure leadership and clients can see what works without manual spreadsheets.
• Internal tools: ship small tools and AI-assisted workflows that remove repetitive work.

Required profile

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering or a similar hands-on technical role in B2B.
• Real experience with enrichment and list-building platforms such as Clay or equivalent.
• Workflow automation experience (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar), including APIs and webhooks.
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
• Practical understanding of cold email deliverability.
• Experience using LLMs inside production workflows, not just in a chat window.
• Clear written English, a habit of documenting what you build, and comfort working US hours.
