Guest Service Specialist – Gymkhana/Club/Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Specialist to join our team in Naya Nazimabad, Karachi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to members of our gymkhana, club and hotel facilities, ensuring smooth coordination of events and day‑to‑day interactions. The specialist will act as the primary point of contact for members, making sure service requests are addressed promptly and facility standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with members regarding services, events and facility usage.
• Handle member queries, complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate membership records and communication logs.
• Support the planning and execution of club and hotel events.
• Prepare and distribute membership communications and assist in event material preparation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in clubs, gymkhanas or hotels is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple member requests simultaneously.
