Head of Care Center – Korangi

About the role

BYD Pakistan is seeking a senior leader to head its flagship Korangi Care Center. The role oversees the full after‑sales value chain, ensuring the facility meets global customer experience standards and strategic market goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and optimise all workshop operations, from reception to high‑voltage diagnostics, maintenance, quality control and final vehicle delivery.
• Manage annual budgeting, HSE compliance, especially high‑voltage battery handling and thermal management.
• Lead spare‑parts inventory, warehouse procurement and tool‑asset management strategies.
• Track and improve key metrics such as First‑Time‑Fix Rate, capacity utilisation and Customer Satisfaction Scores.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to map technical and logistical requirements and drive change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in automotive after‑sales management, workshop operations and customer experience, preferably with premium brands or EV/Hybrid facilities.
• Proven leadership of large service centres and ability to manage high‑voltage technical environments.
