About the role
The Head of Credit Card Business will lead the development and growth of the credit card portfolio, driving digital product innovation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage the credit card portfolio.
- Lead the development and enhancement of digital credit card products.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Oversee credit card risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor portfolio performance, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the credit card team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in Credit Cards and Digital Banking.
- Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, risk, compliance, and Islamic banking.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Required skills
- CFA (preferred).
- CA (preferred).
- ACCA (preferred).
