Healthcare Outreach Representative (Night Shift, Remote)

About the role

Medcare is a US healthcare company that supports Medicare patients aged 65+ with everyday needs such as transportation, utilities, groceries, medication costs and paperwork, through its Community Health Integration (CHI) program where each patient is paired with a dedicated case worker. Conversiq is hiring a full-time, remote Healthcare Outreach Representative in Pakistan to make outbound calls during the night shift (about 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time, Monday to Friday, moving one hour later when US daylight saving time ends). The role is fixed monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls throughout the entire shift to US doctor's offices, nursing homes, home health agencies and senior centers.
• Clearly explain Medcare's services and how patient referrals work.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with office managers, social workers and care coordinators.
• Guide partner organizations through the online referral process.
• Follow up consistently with contacts and track every call and outcome in the system.
• Meet daily and weekly call activity goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of outbound calling, sales or customer service experience with US clients.
• Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls for the full shift and able to work night shifts consistently.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a laptop or computer, a quality headset and a quiet workspace; backup power (UPS or generator) for load shedding.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Preferred: experience in US healthcare, Medicare or senior care, and experience with CRM systems.

• Excellent spoken and written English, clear and professional on the phone.
• Cold calling, outbound sales and B2B sales.
• CRM data entry and lead generation.
• Nice to have: Salesforce or HubSpot (or other CRM).
