Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Manager

About the role

The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager will lead the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance while supporting client satisfaction and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technical teams and coordinate with plumbing and other civil services.
• Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimise energy usage and lifecycle costs.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and contribute to bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and customer‑facing teams to align service delivery with quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plumbing and related building services for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience managing technical teams, contractors, and vendors in commercial/industrial settings.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to support business development activities.
• Understanding of safety standards, quality management systems and best practices in facility management.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology or related field; professional HVAC certifications are a plus.
