HR Business Partner – Pakistan (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Pakistan operations based in Lahore. You will work closely with business leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that enable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the local HR Business Partner, collaborating with leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all levels, from high‑volume hiring to senior professional roles, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Manage day‑to‑day employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and resolution of labor disputes and litigation.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local government bodies such as the Labor Department, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and social security institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist capacity.
• Proven experience handling labor disputes and litigation, with strong knowledge of Pakistani labor law.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing corporation is preferred.
