HR Executive

About the role

AutoSolvio, a Karachi‑based digital experience solutions provider, is looking for an HR Executive to support its growing people operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help streamline recruitment, onboarding, record‑keeping and policy implementation as the company expands its services across finance, e‑commerce and high‑tech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: draft job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and prepare offer letters.
• Facilitate onboarding: verify documents, organise induction schedules and ensure smooth entry for new hires.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records, track attendance and leave, and assist with payroll data preparation.
• Support performance management by scheduling reviews, collating feedback and monitoring improvement plans.
• Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with Pakistani labour regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training logistics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in IT/services or BPO environments.
• Practical knowledge of Pakistan labour laws, contract preparation and statutory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with a high level of discretion.

Required skills

• Basic Excel for data tracking.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HRIS or employee record‑keeping systems.
