HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations (Night Shift)

About the role

Yuni Rides is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations, lead recruitment, and ensure policy compliance in a fast‑paced night‑shift environment aligned with Pacific Time. The role requires independent handling of HR tasks while coordinating with US‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple departments, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Publish vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk and other platforms, maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain employee records, monitor attendance, leave requests and enforce company policies.
• Support performance management, probation reviews, disciplinary documentation and employee concerns.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, attendance and other HR metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment or HR operations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently on multiple HR priorities during night shift.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Rozee.pk.
• Familiarity with CRM, ATS or HR management systems.
