HR Generalist / HR Manager – High Volume Recruitment

About the role

The HR Generalist / HR Manager will ensure staffing levels are met for the Pakistan operation, focusing on high‑volume recruitment for call centre, sales and courier roles while also handling core HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Managing high‑volume recruitment for call centre, sales operators and couriers.
• Building and maintaining a stable candidate pipeline via job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Overseeing the full recruitment funnel from sourcing to offers and employee start dates.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates and show‑up rates.
• Ensuring required staffing levels and responding quickly to shortages and turnover.
• Recruiting specialist and support positions as needed.
• Organising onboarding and initial employee adaptation.
• Monitoring attendance, discipline, absences and employee exits.
• Collaborating with Sales, Logistics and local management on staffing needs.
• Introducing simple HR processes and reporting.
• Handling day‑to‑day HR matters in the Pakistan office.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.
• Proven experience in mass/high‑volume recruitment (essential).
• Experience recruiting call centre, sales, delivery, field or other high‑volume operational roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, sourcing channels and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to maintain a consistent candidate flow rather than relying only on incoming applications.
• Experience working independently as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or standalone HR professional.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and relatively unstructured environment.
• Strong ownership, execution speed and independent decision‑making.
• Good working English.
