HR Performance Management & Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

Abacus, a global professional services leader in technology, outsourcing and people solutions, is looking for an HR Performance Management and Employee Engagement Specialist. The role administers performance management and project-based performance assessment processes through SAP SuccessFactors, coordinates corporate HR communications, supports employee engagement initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders on emergency preparedness and response.

Key responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end performance management processes through SAP SuccessFactors, including creating and managing permission groups, activating templates, configuring role assignments and launching performance forms.
• Monitor performance cycle progress and ensure timely completion of each phase.
• Generate performance analytics and reports to support management decisions.
• Administer project-based performance assessments, including form configuration, launches and reporting.
• Develop, prepare and disseminate corporate HR communications covering initiatives, policies, programs, awareness campaigns and announcements.
• Coordinate employee birthday communications and other HR announcements, and arrange birthday celebrations for executive management.
• Support the planning, coordination and execution of employee engagement activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team and stakeholders on emergency preparedness and response, and help communicate related procedures and updates to employees.

Required profile

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially performance management and form administration.
• Understanding of performance management processes and employee evaluation cycles.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement activities and organizational initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, coordination, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities at once.

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data management
