Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team at Zameen.com. This role offers fresh graduates or final‑year students the chance to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and daily HR operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and maintaining records.
• Update and maintain HR databases, trackers and personnel files accurately.
• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions and HR events.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Commerce, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus.
