Human Resources Intern

About the role

The Human Resources Intern will join Arrow Truckers' HR team in Lahore, supporting daily HR operations in a fast‑moving logistics environment. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience with employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes and help coordinate training sessions.
• Help administer HR policies, benefits communication, and prepare related documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of HR principles, policies, and basic labor regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work collaboratively in a team.
