Human Resources Intern - Recruitment Support

About the role

A company is looking for a motivated, deadline-focused HR intern to help with recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate has good communication and organisational skills, is willing to learn and is interested in recruitment, especially for technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on recruitment platforms
• Managing and updating recruitment platforms
• Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews (telephone, video and in person)
• Communicating with candidates about interview schedules and recruitment updates
• Assisting with background and reference checks and sharing shortlisted CVs with hiring managers
• Helping prepare job offers and complete recruitment documentation
• Maintaining candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Supporting the HR team with daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage several tasks at once
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the HR team
