Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead full‑cycle recruitment, align HR strategy with business goals, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. The role serves as the primary liaison between the local office and headquarters, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with Pakistani labor laws.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote employee engagement and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and promptly.
• Manage HR administrative functions, including office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; local language skills are a plus.
