Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all core HR functions for Rizing Metrics’ Lahore office. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior leadership and supports a fast‑growing digital marketing team that delivers AI‑powered SEO solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition processes.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with Pakistani labour laws and company standards.
• Oversee performance management cycles, employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration and HR reporting.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development and culture initiatives.
• Support training programs to boost engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour law compliance and best people‑management practices.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a tech, digital‑marketing or startup environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or other HR management systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to produce basic HR reporting and analytics.
