Human Resources Recruiter – BPO/Call Centre

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR department and focus on hiring Customer Service Representative (CSR) talent for the call‑centre and BPO environment. The role requires a solid understanding of the fast‑paced nature of call‑centre operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview CSR candidates from the BPO sector.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a good fit with the call‑centre culture.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and candidate status.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting CSR candidates within the Call Centre/BPO industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of call‑centre working environments.
• Recent HR graduates are welcome if they can prove knowledge of the call‑centre sector.
