About the role
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR department and focus on hiring Customer Service Representative (CSR) talent for the call‑centre and BPO environment. The role requires a solid understanding of the fast‑paced nature of call‑centre operations.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview CSR candidates from the BPO sector.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a good fit with the call‑centre culture.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and candidate status.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting CSR candidates within the Call Centre/BPO industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of call‑centre working environments.
- Recent HR graduates are welcome if they can prove knowledge of the call‑centre sector.
