About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore will manage day‑to‑day HR operations for a travel company. The specialist will handle employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, and assist with performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment and communication.
- Provide guidance to staff on HR matters and assist with conflict resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Strong foundation in HR principles and experience in core HR functions.
- Experience developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies.
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
