Founder's Associate

About the role

You will work directly with the CEO on strategy, execution, operations, hiring and partnerships for Pakistan's largest digital health platform, oladoc. The role is fully onsite in Lahore and involves high‑level accountability from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy through research, competitor analysis, pricing models, fundraising and business cases.
• Translate founder ideas into clear briefs, specifications and actionable plans, and drive them to completion.
• Maintain operating cadence: weekly numbers, monthly reviews, quarterly board packs and trackers.
• Work on Fit by oladoc – pricing, packaging, corporate contracts and growth experiments.
• Run end‑to‑end hiring loops, including sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding.
• Draft, track and manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Adapt to shifting weekly priorities and take ownership of any urgent tasks.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience, top of graduating class, results‑oriented.
• Exceptionally quick learner who can become productive on new subjects within days.
• High agency: can deliver on vague asks without excessive clarification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to create briefs, summarize contracts and present to senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and building simple Excel models.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude and able to incorporate them into daily work.
• Willingness to handle repetitive, detailed tasks and thrive in ambiguous environments.
