Hydraulic Technician – On-site (Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Hydraulic Technician to join our service team in Karachi. The successful candidate will inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems on heavy equipment and mobile machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hydraulic circuits and components.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses and control units.
• Replace or repair defective parts and verify system performance after repairs.
• Interpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics and service drawings to guide repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and report work performed to supervisors and clients.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for field service while adhering to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with heavy equipment hydraulic systems and mobile hydraulics.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic circuits.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and basic mechanical/electrical principles.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, service manuals and technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
