About the role

The Inbound Sales Executive will handle incoming sales inquiries, convert prospects into customers, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. This role is based in Lahore and requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales calls and messages, turning inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Process orders accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide continuous customer support throughout the sales cycle.
• Collect customer feedback and relay it to management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in inbound telecom or sales roles.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.
