Infrastructure System Engineer – Hybrid (Karachi)

About the role

Finchor is seeking a reliable Infrastructure System Engineer to join its technical operations team in Karachi. This hybrid position focuses on maintaining and expanding the company’s AWS environment, API services, and third‑party integrations while ensuring robust connectivity and email delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain AWS services including RDS, S3, Lambda, and IAM policies.
• Build, secure and maintain backend APIs and ensure seamless frontend‑backend connectivity.
• Manage DNS and domain settings via Cloudflare, supporting domain transitions and WordPress page redirections.
• Act as technical liaison for trading platforms, CRM providers, and payment processors, configuring data flows.
• Optimize SMTP services using SendGrid for reliable system email delivery.

Required profile

• Mid to senior‑level experience in SysOps, DevOps, or technical operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM).
• Proven ability to build and secure backend APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend‑backend connectivity.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Independent ownership mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
