About the role
We are looking for an experienced Integrated Media & Partnerships Manager to lead data‑driven media strategy for a portfolio of Nestlé brands in Pakistan. You will own end‑to‑end media planning, execution and partnership management, ensuring high‑performance growth across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated media plans for multiple brands, aligning with consumer insights and business objectives.
- Collaborate with agency partners to translate media research into real‑time actions using automated marketing‑mix models.
- Define, monitor and benchmark media KPIs across all touchpoints, driving continuous efficiency improvements.
- Provide expert consultancy on core digital pillars such as Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic, e‑commerce and analytics.
- Champion the POEM roadmap, creating best‑practice content and distribution tools.
- Lead media audit capabilities, ensuring delivery compliance and market advantage.
- Drive digital and social media capability through test‑and‑learn programs and training sessions.
- Manage bi‑annual and annual agency performance reviews, overseeing key partners, suppliers and platforms.
Required profile
- 10‑15 years of media/digital agency management or equivalent FMCG experience.
- Proven expertise in both media planning and buying, with strong knowledge of traditional and emerging digital platforms.
- Ability to analyse real‑time data, identify trends and act swiftly.
- Track record of delivering complex digital marketing projects in challenging business environments.
- Strategic vision for holistic brand development through media levers.
- Strong relationship‑building and cross‑functional leadership skills.
