International Export Manager for Poultry Products

About the role

Sabir's Poultry Pvt Ltd seeks an energetic, self‑driven Export Manager to lead and expand its international poultry export business from Lahore. The role focuses on selling Day‑Old Chicks, chicken meat, eggs and value‑added poultry products to global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow export sales of poultry products in target international markets.
• Identify new markets, conduct market research and evaluate regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with overseas customers and distribution partners.
• Prepare export documentation, manage customs clearance and coordinate logistics with production, quality and shipping teams.
• Monitor market trends, trade developments and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
• Report export performance, market feedback and business development activities to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in international sales and export business development, preferably in the poultry sector.
• Strong understanding of export regulations, quality standards and shipment protocols.
