Investment Advisor / Team Lead / Sales Manager - Real Estate

About the role

IMARAT, a private property development group headquartered in the UK with subsidiaries in the UK and Pakistan, is hiring Investment Advisors, Team Leads and Sales Managers for a full-time, on-site position in Peshawar. The role advises clients on real estate investment opportunities, develops tailored investment plans and explains project features and benefits clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and develop tailored investment plans
• Explain project features and benefits in clear, accessible terms
• Conduct regular client meetings, manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads
• Achieve sales and investment targets and prepare reports and forecasts
• Coordinate with project and marketing teams and support regional growth initiatives
• Team Leads and Sales Managers also coach and monitor sales teams and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Required profile

• Relevant experience in real estate sales, investment advisory or financial services, preferably in a leadership or team lead capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field; professional certifications in finance or real estate are a plus
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage pipelines and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
