Assistant Real Estate Manager

About the role

Zameen.com is looking for an Assistant Real Estate Manager to manage property units, visit clients, analyse their needs and provide property demonstrations until transactions are finalised. The role serves as the company's face, delivering a straightforward and easy process so every customer has a great experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for real estate sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, meeting their requirements and exceeding their expectations
• Provide detailed information and insights about properties to potential clients
• Hold presentations, client meetings and property site inspections to support decision-making
• Identify client needs and offer customised solutions
• Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in sales
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated, results-driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on customer service and alignment with company values
