IT Executive

About the role

Trade Tacts International (Pvt.) Ltd., an indenting company serving food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and general industry clients, is hiring a full-time, on-site IT Executive in the Lahore District. The role supports and maintains the organization's IT infrastructure, working closely with engineering and administrative teams and coordinating with vendors when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage networks and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide timely technical support to internal users.
• Maintain IT systems and applications, ensure data security and perform backups.
• Document IT operations and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and administrative teams, coordinate with vendors and help implement IT improvements aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in technical support and user assistance, including helpdesk ticket handling and incident resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Required skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of network administration: LAN/WAN configuration, routers, switches and basic network security.
• Understanding of operating systems, databases and business applications.
• Experience with system monitoring, backups, asset management and routine maintenance.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection principles.
