IT Sales & Customer Enquiries Executive

About the role

IK Group of Companies is hiring an IT Sales & Customer Enquiries Executive in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. You will start by making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the company's IT services and arranging conversations with the sales team. After training, you will also handle inbound enquiries, understand what businesses need and guide them toward the right solution.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Respond to inbound calls and service enquiries after training
• Understand prospects' business needs and introduce relevant services
• Arrange meetings and follow up with potential clients
• Keep clear records of calls and follow-ups

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales or appointment setting
• Clear spoken English and a professional phone manner
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and consistent follow-up
• IT or software sales experience is helpful but not essential
