About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Officer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to our employees. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system issues while ensuring the office IT infrastructure runs smoothly during night‑shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
- Manage basic network and connectivity problems.
- Set up user accounts, systems, and software.
- Maintain IT equipment and resolve technical problems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle technical issues efficiently.
