About the role

Nayatel is recruiting a Junior Civil Engineer to design and oversee the construction of telecom towers, data centers and network infrastructure. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee the construction of telecom towers, data centers and network infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies and prepare technical drawings.
• Collaborate with network engineers, contractors and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure civil works comply with local regulations, safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, control costs and adhere to timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
