Junior Developer (Software Engineering & Core API Operations)

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join its globally distributed software engineering team. Working 100% remotely from Pakistan, you will collaborate with senior architects and the Abu Dhabi hub to build, maintain, and scale core HR API infrastructure and user‑facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front‑end interfaces and back‑end logic using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Assist with integration, documentation, and troubleshooting of core HR APIs.
• Identify, debug, and resolve front‑end layout issues and server‑side script errors.
• Write and optimise basic SQL/NoSQL queries, supporting senior engineers with data management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, API logs, and deployment workflows.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional software development experience, internship, or a strong portfolio of full‑stack web projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical training.
• Strong analytical mindset with a desire to learn cloud architectures under mentorship.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for remote collaboration.
