Junior Marketing Executive – Influencer Marketing

About the role
EzHire is seeking an energetic and organized Junior Marketing Executive to lead influencer collaborations for the UAE market from its Karachi office. You will work closely with influencers and internal teams to drive campaign success and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers for the UAE market.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaborations and manage contracts.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong influencer relationships.
- Follow up to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Track promo codes, campaign performance and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive, responsible and results‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok.
- Understanding of current social media trends.
