Junior RCM Accountant – Healthcare Billing

About the role

PsychPlus is expanding its Revenue Cycle Management team in Karachi and seeks a Junior RCM Accountant with hands‑on experience in CollaborateMD payment posting. The role focuses on reconciling patient ledgers, reviewing payment activity, and ensuring accurate financial records for U.S. medical billing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile patient ledgers and account balances across multiple healthcare systems.
• Compare charges, payments, adjustments, refunds, and patient balances to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve missing, duplicated, or incorrectly posted transactions using EOBs, ERAs, and supporting documentation.
• Review payment posting activity in CollaborateMD for accuracy and coordinate corrections with the RCM team.
• Maintain reconciliation trackers, monitor recurring issues, and support process improvements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CollaborateMD payment posting in a U.S. medical billing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate financial discrepancies.
• Junior‑level professional eager to develop deeper expertise in healthcare accounting.
