Junior Visa Processing Officer

About the role

Capital Immigration Services, part of the Capital Group of Companies in Pakistan, offers visa and work permit assistance, residency applications and documentation support. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Junior Visa Processing Officer in Islamabad who helps process visa, work permit and residency applications by collecting client information, organising documents and making sure forms are completed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Collect client information and organise documentation for visa, work permit and residency applications
• Review application files for completeness and maintain records
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, explain procedures and follow up on missing or additional documents
• Update clients on the status of their cases
• Coordinate with internal teams or external authorities as needed
• Assist in monitoring basic compliance requirements and adhere to internal procedures

Required profile

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, Social Sciences, Law, International Relations or a related discipline
• Professional fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages related to Gulf countries are a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, manage several cases at once and meet deadlines under supervision
• Prior experience or an internship in immigration services, customer service or administration is an advantage but not mandatory for junior candidates

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of visas and immigration issues relevant to Pakistan and Gulf destinations
• Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and basic data entry
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and checklists
