Key Account Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems

About the role

Zero Carbon is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead its Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and integrated solar solution portfolio in Pakistan. Based in Lahore, you will manage strategic customers, understand their technical and commercial requirements, and deliver tailored energy‑storage proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts for BESS and solar projects.
• Analyse customer needs and develop customized proposals aligned with Zero Carbon’s product range.
• Coordinate with technical, operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor account performance, prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates.
• Proactively address issues, provide exceptional customer service and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Support business planning by tracking market trends and contributing to sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably within energy storage, solar or renewable‑energy sectors.
• Strong analytical and business‑planning capabilities to assess performance and develop growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and travel to client locations as needed.
