Land Surveyor – High‑rise Construction Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with hands‑on expertise in high‑rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering precise site surveys, establishing levels, coordinates, and setting‑out works for construction activities in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using Total Station and Levelling Machine to determine levels, coordinates, slopes, and alignments.
• Perform accurate measurements and calculations for construction layouts and reference points.
• Verify structural, architectural, and MEP layouts against approved drawings.
• Review survey data and drawings using AutoCAD and relevant surveying software.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Construction Manager, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain records of benchmarks, survey measurements, and completed layouts.

Required profile

• DAE in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably on high‑rise building projects.
• Hands‑on expertise with Total Station, Levelling Machine, AutoCAD, and construction setting‑out.
