About the role
CCI Insights, People & Technology Services is hiring a Last Mile Operations Executive for its US logistics business, based in Karachi. The role supports and optimizes delivery operations for US-based clients. The position is located in PECHS Block 6, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, with rotational shifts (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM and 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM), six working days a week with one day off, and a salary of PKR 100,000 - 120,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently
- Oversee the daily operations of the delivery center
- Resolve delivery-related issues, delays and escalations promptly
- Ensure effective route planning and load distribution
- Manage and support the onboarding of 1099 delivery drivers as required
- Monitor and ensure timely and efficient load management
Required profile
- 1-3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
