Lead Fixed Assets & Inventory Reconciliation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Fixed Assets and Inventory reconciliation activities across our operations in Pakistan. The role combines assurance, advisory, and internal control responsibilities, requiring strong analytical and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead Fixed Assets and Inventory reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage assurance and advisory assignments related to asset management.
• Review, design, and implement internal controls, SOPs, and policies.
• Oversee physical asset verification and coordinate inventory counts.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and procedural matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fixed assets and inventory management, preferably in a lead or senior capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage assurance and advisory engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with auditors and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
