Lead Generation Executive

About the role

ABS International is seeking motivated individuals to join as Lead Generation Executives. You will work on outbound calls to US‑based prospects, develop professional communication skills, and build a pathway toward a career in international sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US‑based prospects.
• Start professional conversations, understand customer interest and qualify leads.
• Record lead information accurately in the company CRM.
• Pass qualified leads to the senior sales team for further handling.
• Improve communication and customer‑handling skills through regular coaching.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English and confidence to communicate professionally.
• Willingness to learn and work towards performance targets.
• Students or fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Previous BPO, call‑center, or customer‑service experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
