Lead Generation Officer - Study Abroad

About the role

A proactive, target-oriented Lead Generation Officer is sought to identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad. The role generates quality leads through several channels, maintains a database of potential students and supports the sales team in turning inquiries into enrollments. It is a full-time, onsite position in Kohinoor City, Faisalabad, working 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Generate prospective student leads through cold calling, telemarketing, WhatsApp, email marketing, social media, online platforms, referrals and other outreach methods.
• Identify students interested in study abroad opportunities in the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and other destinations.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to introduce study abroad services and assess student interest.
• Collect and maintain accurate information on students' academic background, preferred destinations and study plans.
• Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the sales and admissions team.
• Maintain and update lead databases and daily lead generation reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct cold calls and communicate effectively with prospective students.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, sales and customer outreach techniques.
• Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales or the study abroad industry is preferred.
• Target-oriented, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Excel and online communication tools is an advantage.
