Lead Solution Architect – Cyber Security & Trust Services

About the role

The Lead Solution Architect will design and sell advanced cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers, bridging product strategy, technology, and commercial requirements. Reporting to the Head of Solution Architects, you will drive pre‑sales engagements, solution development and growth of the cybersecurity services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise pre‑sales engagements, including discovery, solution sizing, BoQs, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, demos, POCs and pricing.
• Translate customer business and security requirements into high‑value architectures, service specifications and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop and manage solution architectures across network security, cloud security, endpoint/XDR, WAF, firewalls, vulnerability assessment, VAPT, SOC/SIEM, backup/DR, email security, DDoS protection, identity/access security and security monitoring.
• Provide pre‑sales training, technical playbooks, solution collateral and lead customer‑facing technical sessions.
• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless handoff from pre‑sales to onboarding, implementation and post‑sales governance.
• Own the lifecycle of cloud and cybersecurity propositions from market assessment through GTM, commercialization and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in IT and cybersecurity, with strong enterprise pre‑sales and solution architecture background.
• Multiple active cybersecurity OEM certifications and deep technical knowledge of leading vendors.
• Hands‑on experience with GRC frameworks, regulatory compliance and security‑by‑design principles.

Required skills

• Fortinet, Cloudflare (Zero Trust), Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro.
• Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic (SIEM/observability platforms).
• Cloud security architecture for multi‑cloud/hybrid environments.
• PKI, digital certificates, identity verification and data privacy solutions.
• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) methodologies.
• SOC automation, threat intelligence and SOAR technologies.
• GRC automation tools and frameworks.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP (highly preferred).
